My uncle gave me his 11-year-old Yoga ultrabook. I assumed either the battery or hard drive would be dead. The drive's an SSD and the battery isn't bulging... but it won't connect to my Wi-fi. Just the neighbors'

I'd love an ActivityPub-compatible art gallery site that operates along the lines of DeviantArt, Fur Affinity, Weasyl, etc., with easy SFW/NSFW filtering, decent search/tagging (at least for the local server) and the ability to sort your own and others' posts into nice folders. I think Pixelfed can do the trick in a pinch - the technical components seem to be there - but just because you can use it for art doesn't mean people actually do.

@ericjmorey@beehaw.org I really like F# - it's not always a better choice than C#, but when it is, you can make really concise, readable code and then add that in a library to a C# or VB app. (List comprehensions, and the immutable list type itself, are awfully nice)
